Yes, we understand that travel plans can change. Our driver will stay in contact and can adjust the scheduled pickup time on short notice, depending on availability and real-time updates.
Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances. If you need to cancel your trip, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled trip date in order to process a refund of the remaining balance. However, if needed, you may request to reschedule your booking to a different date.
Additional waiting or unscheduled stops—such as detours, tolls, or last-minute changes—may incur extra charges. We’ll always clarify these charges upfront.
